Austin Healey Convertible Tops and Convertible Top Parts

We can supply Austin Healey roadster (convertible) tops for all models from the 1953 Austin Healey 100-4 through the 1970 Austin Healey Sprite roadster.

Original Fabrics

Original convertible soft top fabric was either canvas or leather grained vinyl. We offer both vinyl and canvas convertible top replacements. Alternative color vinyl tops and canvas tops may be chosen.

Models:

Midyear changes in roadster body design and top design are described. So if you are uncertain, for example, of which Sprite Roadster you have the pages will describe the earmarks of your Healey so that you can select the original fitting convertible top.

Healey Sprites and MG Midgets:

Through the sixties the Healey Sprite roadsters were counterparts of the MG Midget Roadsters. For owners' convenience we do list the MG's separately from the Sprites. The Austin Healey Sprite was phased out beginning in 1970. A limited number of Healey Sprite roadsters were produced in England and thereafter only the MG Midgets were offered.

Windows:

The original convertible top configuration is retained: rear windows are factory installed into the replacement top in exactly original geometry.

Cables:

If your convertible top had hold down cables we can supply those too.

Warranty:

Austin Healey tops, like all our convertible tops are factory warrantied for five years. Our warranty service is quick, thoughtful and thorough in the rare instances that a convertible top that we sell requires replacement. All our convertible tops are made from original Healey top patterns and we never utilize fabric "seconds" or sell tops which are "seconds."
