Saab Convertible Tops and Convertible Top Parts


Original Saab Top:
Most dealer Saab convertible soft tops were originally German canvas. (1995-1996 dealer convertible tops were a similar canvas called "Twillfast" or "Sonnendeck.") Our experience is that, of all convertible top fabrics, the German Sonnenland canvas has the best wear rating. The high end Saab convertible top restorer might wish to spend a little extra for the Sonnenland (German) canvas for his/her Saab convertible top restoration.

Good budget restoration can be achieved for all Saab convertibles with the less expensive vinyl tops that we offer.
