HOW TO REACH "THE GUYS"
It's not that we don't want to talk to you... it's just that we want to get your top out the door - and on route to you - as quickly as possible. So if you have questions about our convertible tops and accessories, before you reach for the phone, consider these helpful guidelines.
ORDER ONLINE: The fastest, most efficient way to order a top - or any of our products - is to order online through: Convertible Top Guys. Simply put: We process these orders FIRST. Order an item that we have in stock through our website, and we'll ship it in less than two business days (unless, of course, it's a custom made item!) Our site is completely secure - meaning outside sources cannot access your personal information. There are other advantages, too: Order online and your shipping costs are calculated immediately. Plus, we'll send you a confirmation email with an order number (it's a great reference should you ever have questions about your purchase). Sign up for an online account (don't worry, it's free) and we'll email you when your order ships and you can track it en route. Bottom line: If you want your top in a hurry, order online.
FAX: Maybe you don't feel comfortable entering your credit card number into a website. (Reminder: Our site is completely secure.) Or, maybe you just haven't joined the 21st Century. No worries. We're not here to judge. In fact, we still want you to have a quality convertible top, so feel free to fax your order to 401-789-3700. Orders ship (within two weeks) Restoration shops and international customers love to order by fax. But if you decide to fax, help us expedite your order by including all of the necessary order information:
- Make and model of your car
- The part number of the item you're ordering (include the color and name of the material).
- Ordering a package? Include the Package Letter from the product page on the website.
- Name, billing address, and phone number
- Credit card number and security code (that's the three or four digit code on the back of your credit card)
- Shipping address (In case it's different than your billing address.)
CALL OUR ORDER LINE: Okay, if you really want to talk to us, by all means, give us a call. But remember our 800 number is for ORDERS ONLY. So use this number only when you know what you want and you're ready to buy. Once we take your order over the phone, we enter it into our system and process it AFTER our online orders. Sorry, but online orders are already in the system, so they're a step ahead of you. (We told you it's best to order online!) Once your phone order gets into the queue, it ships within one to two business days. Our order line is 800-999-2892.
