Edsel Convertible Tops and Convertible Top Parts

The Edsel is now a classic, as much a collector's item or an investment as a "driver." The distinctive Edsel lines are quite unique.

Edsel Convertibles:

Edsel convertibles include the Citation, Pacer, Corsair and Ranger models. All Edsel convertible tops were originally pinpoint vinyl tops and had plastic rear windows. All are classic two part tops.

Edsel Convertible Top Installation:

The design of the Edsel convertible top frame and the convertible top itself follow the classic "two part top" design. The installation of this top is within the capabilities of any handy person who can use a staple gun. Usually the staples that attache a convertible top must enter with some force into the tacking strips. Therefore we usually ask our classic convertible owners if they can use an air driven staple gun.
